Victor Loke
Founder & Executive Director
Victor is an organisational coach and a pioneer Scrum Alliance Guide based in Singapore. He is one of the few individuals in the world to hold both the Master Certified Coach (MCC) and the Certified Enterprise Coach™ (CEC) credentials, bringing a depth of expertise in coaching, leadership, and organisational change. Victor’s approach — rooted in cultural awareness, agency, and organisational psychology — helps leaders cultivate sustainable, high-performance cultures. Through his work, he has helped numerous organisations navigate change, unlock human potential, and drive exceptional business outcomes.
A prominent leader in the Agile community, Victor serves as organiser for Agile Singapore, as well as Founder and Conference Chair of Regional Scrum Gathering™ Singapore. Additionally, he contributes to advancing coaching excellence in the region as a member of the Executive Committee of the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches.

Beyond organisations, Victor engages in global thought leadership as a speaker, published author, and advocate for human-centric workplaces. In recognition of his contributions to the field, he received the SkillsFuture Fellowship Award in 2021 — Singapore’s highest accolade for skills mastery, conferred by the President of Singapore and Patron of the Awards, Madame Halimah Yacob.
Stuart Turner
Enterprise Coach & Trainer
With over 25 years working on product and organisational innovation, Stuart’s many clients include large financial institutions, management consultancies, and government agencies as well as several startups and medium-sized companies from a variety of industries.

Stuart has conducted courses and workshops in Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, USA and Canada.

Stuart crosses the boundaries of product development, organisational design and personal coaching. His background is in software engineering, chiefly applied in the financial services industry but his ongoing fascination with communities, neighbourhoods, societies and each individual’s place within them has led him to become a certified coach, mentor and trainer. He’s worked on Front Office Electronic Liquidity and Operational Risk products at two well known financial institutions before evolving into a full time coaching and mentoring role for 160 team members to collaborate and innovate for improved outcomes.
